Sorry I was so slow on the uptake identifying this song when N.I.M.M.O. mentioned it in the comments... Of course I remember "Highlife" (I too used to think it was called "Nebo"); this song was everywhere back in '83!

Wow, The Good Lord bless and enrich you kindly. I have searched high and low for this song. The problem was what it was called. I was only a pupa scoop when i started hearing my dad play this song and i thought he said ''Hey Girl you are so....''. So you can imagine how far I got with searches. Amazing.
Now if i could only just find that one Barry White song...
